CSI Crime Scene Investigator Workshop
Ever wondered what really happens at a crime scene?
As part of October Half Term, Spy Week, step into the role of a Crime Scene Investigator and discover how evidence is identified, documented, recovered and interpreted as part of a criminal investigation.
Customer Announcement:
Due to adverse weather, our CSI activity workshops have moved to Monday (10:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm), so if you’ve booked, please reply to our email with your booking reference and preferred time, and don’t worry, the museum is still open as usual! 🔍
This hands-on workshop introduces the Seven S’s of Crime Scene Investigation, the structured process used to secure, photograph, search and record a scene before evidence can be safely recovered. You will then put your new skills into practice, working through realistic crime scene scenarios, examining different types of forensic evidence and making investigative decisions along the way.
Made for anyone with an interest in forensic science, crime scene investigation or simply solving a good mystery, the workshop combines practical activities with real forensic principles in an engaging and accessible way. No previous experience is needed, just curiosity, attention to detail and a willingness to investigate.
