  1. Opening Times 2026

    • Eden Camp is open seven days a week from 23 March to 13 November 2026, 10am–5pm. Last admission is at 4pm.

    • We recommend allowing at least 3–4 hours for your visit to make the most of our exhibitions.

    Planning a weekday visit?

    • During school term time, we welcome school groups on weekdays. For a quieter experience, we recommend arriving after midday.

Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket for one personal assistant/carer who accompanies any disabled guest. All visiting guests except for the carer require a purchased ticket.

Please Note, you must be purchasing at least 1 full priced ticket in order to be able to add a carer ticket in your basket. You can reserve a free carer ticket during our booking journey when purchasing your standard or combination entry tickets.

On the day of your visit, you must produce any one of the below documentation to show proof of Carer Status Carer’s ID, proof of Carer’s

  • Credibility’s Access Card with the carer/companion symbol (+1)

  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP), either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.

  • Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award

  • Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Disability Students’ Allowance (DSA), or DID card (UK Disabled ID card).

  • In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)

  • An International Equivalent of the Above

BLUE BADGES CANNOT BE USED AS PROOF OF CARER STATUS.

As part of our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces, we now offer military discount of £3 off our standard admission at the gate when a valid Military or Veteran ID is shown. Military discount is not valid for tickets bought online.  

Do you accept Blue Light Card discounts?

No — Eden Camp does not currently offer a Blue Light Card discount. If you’ve seen this mentioned online, it isn’t from our website and we’re unable to honour it. We do offer a £3 military discount at the gate for serving personnel and veterans (valid ID required), plus concession and family ticket pricing — see above for full details.
