ROYAL NAVY PERSONNEL GIFT WW2 PLAQUE TO MUSEUM

Royal Navy personnel from HM Naval Base Clyde travelled to Eden Camp Museum in North Yorkshire, on 14 May 2025, for a commemorative plaque unveiling. The plaque is dedicated to those that served within the X-Craft and Human Torpedo forces during the Second World War.

Eden Camp veterans sleep out to shine a light on homeless heroes

Eden Camp, the modern history museum in North Yorkshire, is supporting the annual Royal British Legion Industries’ (RBLI) The Great Tommy Sleep Out, in support of military veterans facing homelessness. On Saturday 29th March, a dedicated team of Eden Camp veterans and supporters will take part in the Great Tommy Sleepout, spending a night under the stars to raise vital funds for the RBLI.

Eden Camp calls on local B&Bs to join attractions literature distribution and networking event

Eden Camp, the modern history museum in North Yorkshire is inviting bed and breakfast owners and hospitality providers from across North and East Yorkshire to a special attractions literature distribution and networking event on Wednesday 26th March 2025. The event held at Eden Camp will run from 10:30am – 1:45pm, providing an opportunity for local accommodation providers to connect with regional attractions and enhance their guests’ experiences.
