Join us for some Halloween fun this October Half Term with a variety of activities and workshop from the Collections & Engagement Team!
From Halloween Bingo to a spooky tour or even some “Witch Crafts”, take part in history with a spooky twist at Eden Camp…
All activities are included in standard admission tickets – no need to pre-book!

Monday 24th & Tuesday 25th October 
Halloween Bingo (site wide – any time)
Explore the museum and try and find all the Halloween character hidden amongst the displays!
If you get them all, head to the gift shop for your prize!
Tank Talks (Heritage Hall 1pm-3pm)
Join the Eden Camp Heritage Restorations team as they talk you through some of the fantastic historic vehicles we have on display, including our M50 Sherman!
Wednesday 26th October
Spooky Tour of Eden Camp (Hut 8 – 2pm)
Explore the museum through a different light with tales of spooky going-on throughout the war!
Thursday 27th October
Witch-Crafts (Mess Hut 12 at 12pm – 2pm)
Get creative with the Collections & Engagement Team by making your very own spooky slime!
Friday 28th October
Dig For Victory Veg Carving (Mess Hut 12 at 12pm – 2pm)
No pumpkins?! Never fear – try a wartime veg from our Dig For Victory and carve a Halloween face in time to decorate your house!
Get your thinking caps on for a spooky design on a potato, squash or even a turnip!
Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th October
Living History (site wide)
Join in the living history fun with the East Yorkshire Regiment Re-enactment Group and The Fighting Elite as they venture back in time to demonstrate life on the Front Line. Expect demonstrations, talks and activities to get involved with!
(Adult supervision required for all activities)
