Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return an Item from our Online Shop.
You can return all stock items. Bespoke products cannot be returned. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email admin@edencamp.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Authorisation Number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Exchanges (Clothing)
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will have to pay return shipping.
Refunds or Transfers for Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased; the only exception is if the museum has to close on the date of your booking.. Pre-booked tickets can be transferred to alternative dates subject to availability – please get in touch with our team.
Cancellation due to Covid-19
Should the Museum have to close or restrict/cancel events due to Covid-19 restrictions or any government guidelines, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date. Should a refund be requested, this will be processed.
