Virtual Tours
What equipment do I need for a Virtual Tour?
You simply need a device. As with our physical Museum, virtual tours are self-led. Additional resources are included in your virtual tour to assist! Our tours have been extensively tested on several devices, and screen sharing platforms. If you having difficulty, please do get in touch with our admin team:
Email: admin@edencamp.co.uk; Tel: 01653 919450

Head to our online shop to purchase your virtual tour. The Tour is purchased on a flat rate based on a single adult ticket.
Please note: You will need to make an account to purchase premium content.
What happens after I’ve made a purchase?
When purchased, you will have access to our virtual tour of the museum. Once purchased, head back to the product you’ve bought on our website’s shop, ensure you are logged into your account, and your content should be visible on the page! (You can maximise this to full screen too!)
All huts are covered, including behind the scenes areas and additional resources for use.
For schools: You will also receive a download link in your confirmation email for your FREE Teaching Resource Pack (normally £5).
How long can I use the Virtual Tour for?
You will have access to your tour for 30 days following your purchase date.
How can your Virtual Tour support the progression of my students?
There are several activities for the students to do as part of the virtual tour. The Museum is set out in chronological order so it is easy to navigate to a particular topic should you wish to concentrate on an area relevant to your studies.
This can also be useful for home education and a family activity too!
I’ve paid a deposit for a physical school visit but can no longer travel. Can I use my deposit towards a virtual tour?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. Please enquire with our admin team for further information.
Is there a limit to how many people I can have on my tour?
There is no limit, however, we would recommend no more than 30 students at a time if you are screen sharing a teacher-led tour over a platform, such as Zoom. This prevents lagging.
