Staying Covid Safe at Eden Camp

We’re so excited to welcome you back in the new year following loads of developments, new building and new displays!.

Whilst all legal restrictions in England will be lifted from Monday 19th July, we want to reassure our visitors that we can offer the best experience whilst remaining safe for your day out.
Please take a minute to familiarise yourself with our guidance on staying safe whilst you visit.

Planning Your Visit

Whilst payment on the gate is available, we strongly encourage you to pre-book your tickets online ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment – not only will this guarantee you entry* on your chosen day, but you will save with our early bird rates available online.
Tickets are non-refundable however pre-booked tickets can be rearranged free of charge should you no longer be able to visit on your original date.

Staying Safe: FAQs

  • Whilst face coverings are no longer mandatory, we do advise you still use them in our inside spaces, especially during busier peak times!
  • Likewise, you may still see some of our staff wearing PPE items.
  • Hand Sanitiser stations and enhanced cleaning will be continued through our site.
  • We will continue to operate our already existing one-way system around site, we please ask that you stick to this as much as possible.

Facilities

  • WinStan’s Bunker Café is open with hot and cold food options. As we endeavour to return to ‘normal’, we are still operating at a reduced capacity so please be kind and courteous to our staff who are working hard to give you the excellent service Eden Camp is reputed for.   • Our Gift Shop is open as normal.
  • Our interactive activities are back to give you that full Eden Camp Experience, including periscopes, identifying objects, and guessing rations!
  • The Playgrounds are open (weather dependent) but please take care to avoid overcrowding.

After a tough few months, we are still here to offer the fun and educational Eden Camp experience for all the family including the dog!
