Our Living History Weekends are back with a BANG!
Get ready for an unforgettable experience as Eden Camp Modern History Museum brings the sights, sounds, and spirit of the 1940s to life once again!
🎖️ What to Expect
Wander through our immersive WWII-era camp and encounter history in action. Reenactors will be stationed throughout the museum, portraying soldiers from the British and US Armies, as well as POWs. From authentic uniforms to incredible personal stories, you’ll gain first-hand insight into wartime life – both on the Front Line and the Home Front.

This fully immersive experience is perfect for families, history enthusiasts, and anyone curious about what life was like during Britain’s ‘Hour of Need’.
All event activities are included in the standard admission, ensuring an affordable and unforgettable day out.
All visitors to the museum are invited to join in with the fun and get dressed up in either civilian or military period clothing. All weapons (including but not limited to deactivated rifles, blank firing weapons, knives, bayonets) are NOT permitted on site. Costume must be respectful and SS/Gestapo uniform (or similar) is strictly prohibited. We respectfully request in light of current events for visitors/reenactors to avoid Russian attire/equipment of any kind. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
